In order to establish a feeling of law and order among the government officials, the UPCM Shri Adityanath YOGI has come up with the idea of setting up real-time biometric attendance in the government offices. It’s been a routine in government offices in the state of uttar pradesh that the official tends to come late and leave earlier from the offices, leaving the poor citizens of the state to the worse. There is no government department left whose walls aren’t red (you known what we mean here).
But that is not what the new throned CM preaches, in the very first meeting he attended, he order to setup and maintain a decorum in the Government offices. He said, that there must be installed Biometric Attendance System to track the in and out time of the employees. By this way things will get sought out and hopefully uttar pradesh which is also one of the largest state can contribute in uplifting the condition of the state.
These directives were given during a review meeting of various departments held here today.”The work culture in Government offices should improve. The employees should come to office in time. To ensure this bio-metric attendance system should be introduced in all the Government departments,” he said and added that CCTVs should also be installed in rooms so that those employees who play truant could be brought to books. CM talked in detail about his experience during inspection in government departments.
A lot has been said about these devices and now after so long, government offices have started implementing/setting up biometric attendance system to track the attendance of government employees. This will not only bring a new change and let the government employees to mark their attendance and come on time but also wakes up a new work culture in government offices.
To ensure this bio-metric attendance system should be introduced in all the Government departments,” he said and added that CCTVs should also be installed in rooms so that those employees who play truant could be brought to books. CM talked in detail about his experience during inspection in government departments. “I was shocked to see the condition of files. The files should be properly maintained. If possible the Government work should be digitised,” he said. He reviewed work in different departments including health, education, agriculture, infrastructure development and home. “The Centre has launched a scheme to provide cheap medicines to masses, but that benefit has not reached people of Uttar Pradesh because the previous government has not opened enough medical shops selling medicines on generic name,” Mr Yogi said and asked officials to open at least 3000 such shops across Uttar Pradesh, so that benefit can reach masses. “I know health services are pathetic in UP. Doctors do not come to hospitals. This Government is committed to provide best possible medical care to patients and would ensure that doctors attend hospitals,” he said.
And when and we suggest you all to install Real-time Biometric Attendance System in your office premises as god knows when the UPCM asks the private sector to set up the same on immediate basis.
